Being an MDC dance instructor includes teaching dance lessons for kids on a weekly basis, preparing students for performances, providing student feedback, communicating with parents and team members on a regular basis, and attending studio rehearsals and events.  Candidates must have excellent, organization, effective verbal and written communication, creative and flexible teaching style, and an enthusiastic and warm approach with students.
